The Robbins Law Firm voluntarily participates in the North Carolina State Bar's Interest on Lawyer's Trust Accounts Program (IOLTA). Under this program funds received on behalf of a client that are nominal in amount or are expected to be held for a short period of time will be deposited with other similar funds in a joint interest-bearing account. The interest generated on all funds so deposited will be returned to the North Carolina State Bar to fund programs for the public's benefit. The North Carolina Supreme Court approved this IOLTA program in 1983.
The North Carolina State Bar does not yet recognize motor vehicle law as a field of specialty in which attorneys can be certified as specialists, and therefore no representation is made that Orrin Robbins, Attorney at Law, is a specialist in the area of motor vehicle law. However, the Robbins Law Firm has concentrated almost exclusively in the area of motor vehicle law for over ten years and has successfully handled hundreds of DWI cases. Motor vehicle law is what we do.
No representation is intended or should by inferred that Orrin Robbins, Attorney at Law, has the ability or relationships to bring improper influence to bear that might result in an outcome that would not otherwise be attainable. To the contrary, Orrin Robbins does not possess any such ability, and even if he did, he would not attempt to use it. As clearly stated in our mission statement, "we strive to do things in an ethical manner." Our belief is that we are the representatives of our clients, and it is our experience that our clients are equally concerned about doing things ethically. If you are seeking an attorney who might be able to obtain an improper outcome through unethical measures, then you have come to the wrong law firm.
